Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (IT) to manage strategic IT client accounts and ensure seamless hiring delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, driving recruitment strategies, coordinating with internal hiring teams, and building long-term client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with key IT clients. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Understand technical hiring requirements and workforce planning. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure timely closures. Monitor hiring progress, delivery metrics, and client satisfaction. Conduct regular client review meetings and provide hiring updates. Resolve client escalations and ensure high service quality. Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling recruitment services. Maintain SLAs, KPIs, and account performance reports. Collaborate with leadership to improve recruitment delivery and client retention.

Requirements

3ā€“7 years of experience in IT Recruitment, Account Management, or Client Servicing. Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and recruitment processes. Experience managing enterprise or strategic client accounts. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience working with ATS, recruitment portals, and CRM tools is preferred. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
